Somatic Intuitive Assessment

ABOUT SOMATIC INTUITIVE ASSESSMENT

This initial appointment is for new clients to connect and assess somatic healing needs, set up a healing plan and begin working with the most potent modalities that will support your transformational journey. 

Before we begin the deep personal transformational work required for this level of healing, we need to identify where you are at in terms of your connection to embodiment and what modalities will serve to be the most helpful. This session does include healing work that will help you immediately however it differs in that we are establishing a personalized healing plan with the tools and modalities that will serve you in your unique situation. This requires extra time for conversation and a somatic evaluation. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions are a combination of talk, somatic assessment, and healing body work. In-person sessions are facilitated on a massage table, fully clothed. Online sessions are held on Zoom using distance healing techniques.

 

Sessions begin by going over an intake and discussing goals for healing. We then will have a somatic assessment to determine the best modalities to support your body in healing. During these sessions we use presence, connection to the body and intuitive guidance to create a gentle, mindful bodywork which gives insight into where one is at in terms of sensory experience and embodied consciousness. Always working with the intention of acceptance, welcoming, and wholeness, this works supports one to make contact with your own innate healing potential revealing your sacred inner sanctuary. 

In-Person: Located at 1733 SE Morrison #731B -Entrance is on side of the building on 18th Street.  Well-fitting masks are required. Medical Grade Ionizing Air Filters used during sessions. 

Online: Sessions are held via Zoom. Please have a quiet space available to meet online with space to lay down fully as well as several pillows and a blanket. 

New client sessions are 1hr45min and are $199. 

Please note: Appointments are currently booked out for 1-2 months in advance. Please plan accordingly.

 

Notes & Policies

In-Person: Located at 1733 SE Morrison #731 - Please note - Studio entrance is on the side of the building on 18th street; Last door before the parking lot. Well fitted masks are required. If you do not have a mask, one will be given to you for a $5 charge. Medical Grade Ionizing Air Filters used during sessions and cleaning is done between clients. 

Online: Sessions are held via Zoom. Please have a quiet space available to meet online with space to lay down fully.

Cost: New Client Sessions are 1hr45min and are $199. Returning Client Sessions are $150. Prices are subject to change. 

Early/Late Arrival: Please arrive on time to sessions but do not arrive early. If you are early please wait in your car or outside the studio until your appointment time to give space for cleaning and clearing of the previous client. 

Cancelation/Late Policy: If you have to cancel an appointment, please do so with 24hr notice. If you cancel with less notice, you will be charged full price for the appointment. This is both to respect my time as well as other clients as my schedule books up to 4-6 weeks in advance. If you are late, please text me. My phone number is on the reminder email you receive before your appointment. I will wait for 15 minutes and if you are later than that, your appointment will be canceled and the above cancelation policy will apply. If you are late, your appointment time will still end at the original scheduled end time.
