The Somatic Circle is a monthly gathering to be real, laugh, rest, connect and feel better in your body walking out the door.  Each month holds a different intention that supports healing and getting to know yourself and your nervous system a little better. This is mellow moods, no judgment, honest humans doing their work to be a bit more comfortable in their lives and relationships. Come by if you like community, giggles, quiet, honesty, non-pretentious humans and healing work. 

Here are a few things you might see at a circle:

  • Somatic therapy tools for nervous system healing

  • Gentle embodiment and movement practices

  • Sound healing with restorative yoga

  • Guided group sharing and heartfelt connection

  • Nervous system education grounded in modern somatic science

 

Whether you’re a therapist, healer, caregiver, or simply someone on a personal journey of transformation — this space is for you.

Come to practice what it means to be well in community.

We meet once a month. Each session is part workshop, part circle  where we are combining skill-building and experiential practices with authentic sharing and deep listening.

Together, we’ll:

  • Build resilience through the body

  • Rewire patterns of stress and disconnection

  • Reclaim rest, pleasure, and embodied presence

  • Remember that healing isn’t meant to happen alone

This is heart-centered healing for women, AFAB/non-binary and femme-identified folks. We are trauma-informed, spiritually alive, and grounded in presence and connection.


Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate and supportive.
