The ocean is a symbol of the never ending flow and movement of the earth. In your body, your breath creates this same kind of rhythmic flow. However sometimes our pacing becomes unbalanced and we might hold or restict the breath in numerous different ways. This breath practice is part of a 4-part series on working with the rhythms of your breath so that you can find ease, center, and calm even within a storm.
